RuSu Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RuSu (RuSu). By accessing and using our website, placing orders, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

General

  • RuSu is an online retail store operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh, selling authentic cosmetics, skincare, makeup, and personal care products.
  • By using RuSu, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

  • All products listed on RuSu are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors and verified suppliers.
  • Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and include applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will be honored at the original price.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or packaging updates by the manufacturer.
  • While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, products may occasionally go out of stock after you place an order. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

Placing an Order

  • To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout process with your name, phone number, and delivery address.
  • An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. Orders are subject to product availability and address verification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, incorrect information, or if the product is unavailable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure you are available at the delivery address with the exact payment amount.

Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay the full amount (product price + delivery charge) to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • bKash / Nagad / Rocket — Send the total amount to 01955719277 and share the transaction ID via WhatsApp.
  • Prepaid orders are processed faster and given priority in dispatch.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.

Delivery

  • Delivery charges: ৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳130 outside Dhaka.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (Dhaka), 2–4 business days (outside Dhaka).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, or high order volume.
  • RuSu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for wrong, damaged, or defective products.
  • Opened or used cosmetics and personal care items are non-returnable unless defective or expired.
  • Refunds are processed via bKash or Nagad within 1–2 business days after the return is approved.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may return the product after delivery as per our return policy.
  • RuSu may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on RuSu — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and website design — is the property of RuSu or its content suppliers.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  • Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

User Conduct

By using RuSu, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during checkout
  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment credentials
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website’s functionality
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without permission
  • Post fake reviews or defamatory content

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

  • RuSu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects from products used contrary to their instructions or by individuals with known sensitivities.
  • Product results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any beauty or skincare product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
