RuSu Shipping Policy
At RuSu (RuSu), we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. We ship to all districts across Bangladesh and strive to ensure every package reaches you in perfect condition.
Delivery Charges

Note: Delivery charges are flat rates regardless of order size or weight.
Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day (Saturday).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS notification with tracking details.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- SteadFast — Our primary delivery partner for nationwide coverage
- Pathao Courier — For fast delivery within Dhaka city
All shipments include a tracking ID so you can monitor your package in real time.
Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. Available across all districts in Bangladesh.

For mobile payment orders, please include your Order ID in the reference field and send the transaction ID to our WhatsApp.

After your order is shipped, you can track it in the following ways:

Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to protect your products during transit:
- Products are wrapped in bubble wrap for fragile items (glass bottles, creams, etc.)
- Sealed in tamper-proof packaging
- Each package includes a product invoice for your records
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, natural disasters, or nationwide strikes (hartal).
- Please ensure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. Incorrect information may delay delivery.
- If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt 2 additional delivery attempts before returning the package.
- For bulk orders (10+ items), please contact us directly for special shipping arrangements.
