At RuSu (RuSu), your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- You received a damaged or broken product (damaged during shipping)
- You received a defective product (manufacturing defect, leaking, expired)
- The product is significantly different from what was shown on the website
Important: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Opened skincare products (creams, serums, lotions, face wash)
- Used makeup products (lipstick, foundation, mascara, eyeliner)
- Opened perfumes or deodorants
- Personal care items (razors, brushes, sponges) once used
- Products with broken seals where the product has been applied
Exception: If the product arrived already damaged, defective, or expired, it is eligible for return regardless of category.

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), RuSu will cover the return shipping cost.
- We will arrange a courier pickup from your address or guide you on the nearest drop-off point.
- Please return the product in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you can choose from the following options:

Exchange Policy
Want a different shade, size, or variant? We are happy to exchange your product:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- If the exchanged product has a price difference, we will adjust accordingly
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched — no questions asked.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product.
